Cancellation and no-show Policy:
If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours of the appointment or No Show to an appointment, you will be expected to pay for the appointment in full.
Late Policy:
Please plan ahead so you arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late I will make every effort to give you your full scheduled appointment, however if your lateness interferes with the next appointment your session time will have to be cut short due to lateness. The appointment will be billed in full.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged for their “missed” appointment and future service will be denied until payment is made.
Payment Policy:
Payment is due upon completion of service. Form of payment is cash or personal checks. If your check is returned to us there is a $30.00 charge.
Insurance:
I don't bill or take insurance, workers comp claims and auto injury claims.
